About me…

I am a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical supervisor, working in private practice at my practice space in Mickleover, Derby city, and remotely across the UK. I am trained to work with Children, young people and adults. I offer talking therapy, play-based and creative approaches.

My values…

My therapeutic practice is rooted in my values and grows and is shaped by my experience throughout the chapters of my life.

I value human beings and exploring what it means to be human, personal identity, self growth and self-awareness, relationships, nature and creativity. I value the power of the therapeutic space and what journeys can be taken when in a safe therapeutic relationship.

I am neurodivergent and this lived experience shapes my practice. The ability to provide Neurodiversity affirming, trauma informed, inclusive and anti-oppressive therapy is integral to my work.

Outside of my therapeutic practice, I value time with my family, being in nature, and creative projects.
